Certified Evaluation
The vision for the Pike County Certified Personnel Evaluation System is to have every student taught by an effective teacher and every school led by an effective leader. The goal is to create a fair and equitable system to measure teacher and leader effectiveness and act as a catalyst for professional growth.
The Kentucky Framework for Teaching is designed to support student achievement and professional practice through the four domains as listed in the table for Teachers and Other Professionals. The Principal Performance Standards are designed to support student achievement and professional best practice through the standards outlined in the table below.

All required and recommended documents for the Certified Personnel Evaluation System will be included on the Pike County website within the certified evaluation program folder. The documents will be available on a document sharing system for all certified staff and administrators. All summary of evidence documents are located in the appendix of the Pike County Schools Certified Evaluation Plan. The personal documents will be stored as stated in the below table.
