My name is Rebecca Coleman.  I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pikeville in 1995.  I obtained my Master's Degree from Morehead State University and completed my Rank I degree from Union College.  

I went to school at Millard Elementary and graduated from Millard High School.
